My Oscar Sunday and my nails to match

I ran errands earlier today, by myself! As a mom you don't always get a lot of "Me" time. Today I decided to run errands after we had a little family trip to Publix & Krispy Kreme! We bought a new car a few days ago and I wanted to go for a drive. We decided to go to a Publix further away and then to Krispy Kreme. I received free donut coupons a few weeks ago. I figured a Sunday drive and donuts would hit the spot. I was right!

As I did my errands alone I found myself lost! Have you ever gotten time to yourself and just didn't know what to do? Well that was me in Target and Walmart today. I had a few things to pick up but nothing major. So I started roaming the aisles. A common problem when I get "Me" time. Well scratch that it's a problem for my wallet!

As most people know (well most woman know) today was the Oscars! And I didn't just want to sit and watch. I love to pamper myself and have a cocktail when I watch award shows. I mean why not?! So I stumbled upon the nail/makeup aisle. Sure let's call it stumbling ;) I knew where it was! I looked around and found new nail products. Among the one's I was eyeing were the Kiss-Nail Dress: Ultimate Nail Fashion (Jeweled Strips). These looked very fitting for the Oscars. It features a jewel like effect that makes it look like your wearing crystals on your nails. The price sealed the deal only $5-6! That was a bit cheaper than another brand I was looking at.

My verdict- So far so good! They are so easy to apply! Unlike other types of nail strips you don't have to rub these on. You simply peel, stick, and file! That's all! I bet my girlfriends will all be rocking these soon!
