Wordless Wednesday, not so Wordless!

This time a year ago I was in the hospital recovering from emergency surgery. And I also found out at the same time that, I was born with one functioning kidney, and one functioning ovary. My emergency surgery was to repair a ruptured ovary cyst that was causing me a lot of pain. It's weird to me that it all happened so quickly. And now it's been a full year. I never want to be in that kind of pain again. Hopefully it was a one time thing. The bright side of the whole situation was learning more about my body. Weeks before this I had been getting extremely tired. I went to my doctor and she proclaimed that she didn't want to go on a wild goose chase. Here's the thing, if your doctor isn't willing to look further into your issue/situation then go to another doctor! I should of done that. As of today I'm doing fine, and I'm healthy with my one kidney!
